Weeki Wachee, Florida – The Friends of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park
Citizens Support Organization (CSO) has been officially incorporated. The Friends of Weeki Wachee Springs State Park is one
of many citizen support organizations that support parks within the state park system throughout Florida. The Friends of Weeki
Wachee State Park work to generate and create additional resources and support for, and in the best interest of, the park.
They do this through events, activities and activities that are designed to meet the needs of the park. The mission of the
Friends of Weeki Wachee Springs CSO is: “To promote the use, preservation and enhancement of Weeki Wachee Springs
State Park.” The
board of directors of this new organization includes the following:

- Family - $25. Family membership includes all family members residing at the same
location.
- Corporate - $50. Corporate membership
entitles five employees at a time to benefits.
